If you had a habit of securing your database with user and workgroups permissions you don’t have to lose that opportunity. Now you can set up a password on the database for security. But, if you want to provide better security then you should transfer the back end tables to SQL server. Unfortunately, the Access security wasn’t ever perfect and there were problems with losing or corrupting the workgroup files. But there are also some other nice features in the new version of the program such as the ability to send Access form via Microsoft Outlook. When you receive the reply, Microsoft Outlook will add the results right into the Access automatically. This is a great option for getting survey results in bulk.
