Eyesight exercises can sharpen your eyesight with ease

Our eyes are usually compared to our muscles and glasses are usually compared to “crutches”. Some vision|eyesight “gurus” believe that through wearing glasses, you impair your eye muscles and corrupt your vision|eyesight. Hence, they concluded, you need to do eye exercises to “strengthen” them.

However is that true?

Think about it. What are the awful eyesight habits that make your eyesight to corrupt from the beginning? Staring and squinting in the dim situation makes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… if anything makes eyesight deterioration, it is not “wasted eye muscles”, it is strain!

The term “eye exercises” are very much deceiving. They are in fact, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises rest your eye muscles, not strengthen them! They do this through promoting correct eyesight habits and when you do them religiously, you will subconsciously get the principles beneath them.

When you once again picked up appropriate eyesight habits, your eyes will naturally see precisely again. Glasses are awful not because it “impairs” your eye muscles… they’re awful because they do not allow your eye muscles to unwind!

Similar to your other senses, sight should be effortless. You don’t find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even if you intend to do so, you couldn’t. That’s the stage you are aiming for: effortless sight! And it can only be accomplished if you eliminate your glasses and do eye relaxation exercises. Naturally, constantly make sure you put on your glasses whenever you engage in dangerous activities such as driving or crossing the road!

However, you should also think about how not making use of spectacles will affect your eyesight habit. Would it make you stare even more? If so, you should think about buying spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision improvement. This will enable you to see acceptably clear but at the same time leaves room for growth.
