The anniversary guitar.

I’m making my way to my friend’s house. His name is Brad. I know him for more than ten years. There’s something interesting with me. I’m carrying an electric guitar with me. People around me are attracted by this thing. They try to traverse their heads in my side. The matter is that I’ve just forgotten to buy a casing for this guitar. So I’m carrying it without casing and everybody can have an opportunity to have a look at this guitar. This electric guitar is my anniversary gift for Brad.

I have already told you that I know Brad for more than ten years. That’s truth. We studied at one school and even in one class. Though we didn’t sit at the same desk. I was used to sitting at the first desk together with David. But Brad usually sat at the rear table so I couldn’t see him. But during breaks we could have a chat.

When we were 14 years old we became crazy with rock music. We were used to listening heavy metal, hard rock, punk, grunge, trash, and so on. Our apartments were almost completely covered numerous posters of rock stars. We gave up cutting our hair and very soon we became similar real rock stars with long hair and leather jackets decorated with metal things. We usually used metal balls extracted from different bearings in order to decorate our leather jackets. Both I and brad tried to differ from other people as much as possible.

But just listening to rock music wasn’t enough for us. Soon we realized that playing rock music is much better than listening to it. We decided to organize our own rock group. Off course we couldn’t play any kind of musical instruments. But I decided to learn to play the guitar. I even tried to attend a musical school but that was worthless for me. I’m a lazy person so learning notes was boring and extremely difficult for me. But anyway my desire to play the guitar was enormous. But I had to give up this musical school because of the reasons mentioned above. Thank God one guy called Matthew managed to teach me to play the guitar. Furthermore I learnt hard riffs which enabled me to play heavy guitar music. I was proud of this. Just before graduating from my school we managed to play one rock song at school in the evening. To my great regret the sound was extremely bad.

About one hundred feet left to my friend’s house. This guitar is waiting for him. It’s the anniversary gift for our 10th anniversary. I mean 10th anniversary of our rock group. I think Brad is going to try the anniversary guitar this evening.
