I’m living in a floating home now. I sail along the river. In most cases my floating home is lying at anchor. This period I always try to spend in a harmony with nature. I have already described my floating along the river. But I can also take another opportunity. I can be on leave in the mountains in winter instead of summer voyages along the river. In this case I usually live in a small hut nearby.

In the mountains I needn’t worry about heating my hut. I usually arrange everything beforehand. The perfect solution for this is a special stove which uses wood pellets as its fuel. I’m completely satisfied with this. Of course I have to buy several bags of wood pellets in special shops in advance. I’ve just heard that it’s possible to make these wood pellets manually, but I haven’t enough for this. So I prefer to buy them for my needs.
