In fact fruits are superior to their juice version as the latter has more calories and zero fiber.

Another method to reduce calorie intake, is to replace 2-3 big servings of food in a day with 5-6 small servings and avoid junk food in between meals.

Small meals at an interval of every 2-3 hours will give a fulfilling feeling to the body and also reduce your desire for snacks. As the body will be digesting the food, it will send a sense of filling to your brain thus dampening any inkling for junk food. But yes, these meals should be high on nutrition and not the deep fried spice laden stuff. You can have salads which are devoid of any vinaigrette, chicken in any form whether it is baked or grilled, fish and vegetables. Opt for salads with no dressings, baked or grilled chicken, fish and vegetables with plenty of fruits, and water.

Water helps in two ways. First of all, sip cold water every 10 minutes. The intake of cold water act as a signal to the body for using its heat stored in the form of calories to face the cold water. Secondly go for a shower with cold water. One can also take normal shower and then rinse with cold water. You must keep in mind that recurrent small meals 5-6 times a day, surplus fruits, vegetables and plenty of water will surely assist you in reducing weight with negligible exercising.
