Right then, the Apple iPad, the long-awaited Apple tablet, has been exposed. My first response, being the Apple enthusiast that i am , was ‘I need one right now!’ as the smoke cleared and I started thinking about the pros and cons of the device , I believe I’ll have to give it some more contemplation before I buy one of them. That’s not to say that I won’t do so, but I need to be sure. There’s a number of points both for and in opposition to the Apple ipad device device , and offered are one or two thoughts to mull over, in no special rank :

Pro : The Apple ipad device is awonder of design, graceful and not very heavy and easy to hold. It looks great.

Con : It boasts no way of protecting the screen other than a pocket/cover thatis unconnected to the machine itself.

Pro : It boasts the same superb touch-screen capabilities of the famous iPhone and iPod Touch device and looks to be an excellent item to use.

Con : It runs the phone OS rather than a full OS, which constraints what exactly you can do with the device.

Pro : The Apple ipad device is perfect for enjoying videos, TV episodes and podcasts and playing games togetherwith browsing the web.

Con : it does not run flash, which will restrict the amount of use it is for browsing.

Pro : The Apple iPad is aglorious way to remain on the net when on the go, easy to set up and terribly speedy, plus the variety of capacities means there’s one for everyone.

Con : although it’s fast, there are no USB ports and there’s no means of increasing the capacity. Plus, the bigger sized drives are incredibly costly.

Pro : The Apple ipad is amazing for travelling and being on the net when relaxing thanks to the glorious UI and the fabulous display.

Con : it does not appear to be much good for carrying out any work on, which is what many of us would need out of it if taking it whilst travelling.

Pro : It offers an amazing new e-reader experience for publications, magazines and websites to be read on.

Con : True, but you can say the same thing about the iPod Touch, the iPhone, the Kindle as well as the Sony e-reader, all of which are cheaper by an exceedingly long way.

Despite its negative aspects, I still desire one as they give the impression of being fun and extremely cool for casual browsing and amusement. The lack of capabilities for utilizing it as a work contraption is the issue thatis turning me off the device at the moment, but just like lots of other people, Iam fascinated by this pretty brilliant contemporary gadget, and am keen to have a mess about and find out precisely what the Apple ipad tablet can present me.
