Why is it that everyone gets into an automobile wreck at one time or another?

It's an unlucky reality that we are all going to get into some type of accident and be injured at some specific point in our lives. There’s just no way to avoid it. Whether it’s a technique of transport like riding in an auto, bus, motorbike airplane or train, or something as common-or-garden as being injured at work, accidents occur. The real question is, what are we supposed to do if we're injured? The very first thing you must do is to call a private injury, and one in your neighborhood.

So if you live in Southern California, you’d want to call a LA accident solicitor. The second thing you'll be wanting to do is to go to a doctor. Obviously if you have a severe or traumatic injury, you’ll want to go to direct to the hospital as step one (calling a solicitor can wait). But if you do not have an emergency and you do not know what doctor to go to, your lawyer can really refer you to somebody.

What about calling my insurance company?

This is an error that many people make, especially when they are in a car accident. People presume that their insurance corporation is on their side. But let’s take a look at this. Everyone knows that the insurance company is there to make money- not to give you cash. It’s the same as a bank. They only desire to loan money to people who've money because they want the loan paid back with interest. They are there to earn money.

Well so are the insurance companies. They're not evil or anything, it is simply business. So they collect premiums on insurance programs from people and that is their revenue. What are their costs? You got it- when you get in an accident and you call them up and say “Hey, I need money!” And the 1st rule of business is to keep your money up and your costs down. So how will they keep their costs down? They try and low ball you. That's right- they attempt to pay you as little as possible or maybe nothing! So calling them up and trusting that they'll give you the top deal is just nave.
