High-top shoes have an advantage because they offer the best support for weak, undeveloped ankles. However, the shoe is less durable than the Adrenaline (it’s also $5-$15 less expensive, depending on where you buy shoes) so I wouldn’t recommend that anyone do the majority of their training in the Axiom. This shoe is heavily cushioned from the EVA foot bed that provides foam cushion and air support built on top of it. If you know on anyone who might like this newsletter please forward it to them and tell them to go to my web site at www.addcorridorcoaching.com and sign up. Beyond your gardening shoes, you may have several other pairs to deal with, which most likely are kept in your closet with the rest of your clothes. If you need to transport shoes from room to room, consider the rolling shoe rack.
